Time Sheet Reports
Viewing Time Sheets
You can see the time reports of users and projects in this area. To view the time report, click on the ‘Timesheet’. You can see three-time reports; Users timesheet, Projects timesheets, and Workload. A calendar is provided on the left side of the page. You can select the date, month, and days between dates in that.
Users Time sheet - This page shows the logged time of the users in all the assigned projects with their details. By directly searching the name in the search box, you can view the time details of the user. By this, you can know the total worked time of a user of particular date with the project name. The left section shows the total worked time and hourly cost. Right section shows the hourly cost and worked time on the specific date.
The logged time next to user name shows total worked time by the user in the selected days of calendar.
The logged time next to task name shows total worked hours in the task in the selected days of calendar.
The hourly cost shows the total worked cost in task & of user.
You can see the dates on the right of the page. It shows the time taken by a user on a particular task and on a specific date.
The 'Total' row shows the summation of all the users logged time, hourly cost, and logged hours & hourly cost of specific date.
Project Time sheets - This page shows the worked time in projects with their details. By directly searching the name of the project in the search box, you can view the total worked hours in the project. You can also view the worked hours on a particular task and on a specific date. The left section shows the total worked time and hourly cost. Right section shows the hourly cost and worked time on the specific date.
You can see the dates on the right of the page. It shows the time worked on a particular task or project and on a specific date.
The hourly cost shows the total worked cost in task & in project.
The logged time next to project name shows total worked hours in the project in the selected days of calendar.
The logged time next to task name shows total worked time in that task in the selected days of calendar.
The 'Total' row shows the summation of all project's logged time, hourly cost, and logged hours & hourly cost of specific date.
Workload - This Work load sheet shows the estimated hours of a task and logged hours by the users in that task. By directly searching the name in the search box, you can view the work details of the user.
The logged time next to user name shows total worked time by the user in the selected days of calendar.
The logged time next to task name shows total worked hours in the task in the selected days of calendar.
The estimated time shows the total estimated time for a task & of user.
You can see the dates on the right of the page. It shows the worked time & estimated time of a user on a particular task and on a specific date.
The 'Total' row shows the summation of all the users logged time, estimated hours, and logged hours & estimated hours of specific date.
